Great post. A few years back, my man divided the Christian doctrines up into different categories: what doctrines are worth dying, dividing, debating, discussing and dropping. (Because there are doctrines that are worth dying and dividing over- but there are a lot of doctrines where we have liberty and freedom.) The chart was so helpful to me, because I realized that I didn’t have to go toe-to-toe on many issues, but I did have to stand firm on a handful of them- Ephesians 4:3-6 giving insight into those.
